June is flying by

We caught up with Nan for an afternoon lunch and a play in Civic Park

At the Cafe for some lunch with Nan....

Nan cracks me up so much... Z man was playing on the rocks in the park and kept telling Nan to play with him... So Nan dropped everything and jumped up on the rocks with Z.

James made some dough and let Z man help put the toppings one to make the best ever home made pizza ! They had so much fun cooking together

Brie, Lamb, sun dried tomato, mushroom, potato and heaps more were the toppings Z man to choose from and they were YUM!!

My kids get away with so much when they give me the " I'm cute" look

24/7 with these two kids and I love it so much !! I'm so lucky

Every Wednesday morning we meet up with Nan for some morning tea and coffee... for Z man... milk foam ;) and we look forward to every wednesday

My weakness in Newcastle. Snows make the BEST Macarons in town and they always have them... as for the stuff on the bottom shelf ... Yum

Eira just loves her big brother and he is just so great with her !! I love it

Zeric picks this movie almost every day... if it's not this, it's the sandlot... so from Snowboarding to baseball he's a happy kid

Dad and little miss Eira, She just lights up when he comes home from work. He just got a hair cut and she has had a hard time getting use to the new due, but the second he puts a hat on.. she's back to being a daddy's girl. It's so funny !!!

James got a breakfast dessert.. I have no clue how he ate it and didn't pass out from the sugar. I did have a bite of it and... AMAZING !!! the honeycomb was my favorite part

I got a crepe with smoked salmon, capers and cream cheese ... oya the green stuff on the left side is a salad... it was amazing

Z man got a hot chocolate for being such a rad little kid. He was so so so excited about it. We had such a fun weekend together and trying new cafe's !

Chook, Cooking and Macaroons !

Little Miss Eira is not into cooking at the moment, but she loves to play with all of the kitchen toys ;)

Z man on the other hand just loves to be in the kitchen. He gets so upset when we cook or bake without him. Here James and Z man are making fish tacos... YUM

we are still trying to teach him to spread the seasoning...  as you can see here, the clumps in the middle are cilantro mountains

This kid just loves running around without a shirt on, Rain, snow, wind or blistering hot... no shirt

Z man is growing up oh so fast

Little miss Eira is in her 7th month and giving her Mama grey hair. The girl thinks she can walk.. so she tries and tries. There is not stopping this girl.

Look at my tooth !!!! She has had this one and only tooth for over a month now and it is so funny and cute. When she smiles all you see is one big tooth !

I take pictures of him cooking all the time, I could do a blog on just the food Z makes, but it would be to long. So I try to pick just a few.

We don't ever make pasta, but when we do.. we go all out and make the best pasta dishes ! Z man made a creamy pesto prawn pasta. Dad was of course there step by step... I would eat pasta every night, love the stuff

Me and the kids took Aunty Chooky out to lunch a few days before she took off on her backpack trip around Europe. Look at Eira's tooth !!! 

My $20 salad ... worth every penny... Now I will be eating rice and beans for a few weeks ;) hahaha  I had a great time getting out and eating some great food with some great company
